Article submission guidelines

To help us maintain high editorial standards, please follow these detailed guidelines before submitting your article:

1. Originality: Submissions must be 100% original and unpublished anywhere else (including your own blog or LinkedIn).
2. Depth Over Fluff: Avoid generic content. Use facts, examples, or personal experience to provide unique value.
3. Word Count: Articles should be between 1,000 to 3,500 words. In-depth pieces are encouraged.
4. Formatting:
   • Use short paragraphs and clear subheadings (H2, H3)
   • Use bullet points and bold for clarity
   • Submit in Google Docs, Word (.docx), or plain text (.txt)
5. Images:
   • Include high-resolution royalty-free images.
   • Add image credits or licenses.
   • You can also submit original infographics or charts.
6. Citations:
   • All statistics, claims, or studies must include reliable sources with links
   • Avoid Wikipedia or outdated sources
7. Author Bio: (optional)
   • 60–100 words, third-person
   • You may include 1 backlink (nofollow or high-authority preferred)
8. Internal Linking: Link to at least 3–10 relevant articles from MiteArt (if applicable)
9. Language Style:
   • Use American English
   • Keep it clear, engaging, and beginner-friendly
   • Avoid passive voice, jargon, or robotic tone
10. No AI Content: All articles must be written by a human. We do not accept AI-generated or auto-spun content.
11. No Plagiarism: Articles will be checked using plagiarism detection tools. Plagiarized content will be rejected.
12. No Over-Promotion:

• Avoid salesy or affiliate-driven tone
• Business mentions must be subtle, relevant, and not excessive

13. Editorial Rights:

• Our editors may make light modifications to fit our tone and style
• We reserve the right to reject articles that don’t meet our standards

14. Response Time: Allow up to 7 business days for review. Follow-ups before that may delay the process.
15. Limit on Links: Max 1 backlink per article. No affiliate links or product promotions allowed.

Terms and conditions

By submitting your article to MiteArt, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Ownership:
   • You retain the copyright to your content
   • By submitting, you grant MiteArt a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to publish, edit, and distribute the content
2. Editorial Control:
   • We reserve the right to edit for clarity, formatting, grammar, or SEO
   • Headline, images, and layout may be modified before publishing
3. Exclusivity:
   • Once published, the content must not be republished elsewhere for at least 30 days
   • After 30 days, you may republish with a credit link to the original article on MiteArt
4. No Compensation:
   • Guest posts are unpaid unless otherwise agreed upon
   • You will receive exposure, author bio, and potential promotional opportunities
5. No AI Submissions:
   • All content must be written by humans
   • If suspected, your submission may be disqualified without notice
6. Use of Media:
   • By submitting images/graphics, you confirm that you own them or have proper licensing
   • MiteArt is not responsible for image copyright issues
7. No Commercial Advertising:
   • Submissions that serve purely to promote a product, service, or affiliate program will be rejected
8. Content Lifespan:
   • MiteArt may remove or archive your content at any time for quality, technical, or legal reasons
9. Legal Responsibility:
   • You are fully responsible for any false claims, copyright issues, or third-party violations in your content
10. Multiple Submissions:

• You may submit multiple pitches/articles, but only one may be approved at a time
• Rejected articles may not be resubmitted unless significantly revised

11. Feedback Policy:

• Due to high volume, we may not provide detailed feedback for declined articles
